chore: bump nuxt to ^3.21.11 to match main

The pinned nuxt ^3.14.159 never resolved a fuse.js version satisfying @vueuse/integrations' optional peer dependency (fuse.js ^7), used by Docus's search component. A clean install would crash rendering any page. Matching main's nuxt version pulls in @nuxt/cli's own fuse.js ^7.4.2, which npm hoists and that satisfies the peer.
