Djeex 8385453cfd Add a photo permalink menu (#36)

Details 
Right click or long press on a gallery photo now opens a menu to copy its permalink or share it.
The permalink id is the SHA-256 of the original photo file so it survives reordering and rebuilds.
Each photo also gets a small noindex share page carrying its own link preview image.
Fixed the entrypoint script being checked out with CRLF on Windows by adding a gitattributes file.

- release changelog: commits rendered as description (link), divider lines dropped
- gitleaks secret scan and hadolint on every push/PR
- ruff lint/format gate (Python repos) with a pytest --cov-fail-under gate
- scheduled CRITICAL Trivy failures attempt an apk upgrade rebuild and open a follow-up PR if it clears the finding, instead of just failing red
- images also published to ghcr.io/djeex/<repo>
- a matching GitHub Release is created on the GitHub mirror, with a notice pointing back to this repo as the source of truth

Djeex 26e3ca684b Fixed: Preserve embedded ICC color profiles when converting and resizing images 
Image.open() reads the source's ICC profile into img.info, but that dict resets to empty after convert() or resize(), and save() was never passing icc_profile anyway. DCI-P3 and Rec.2020 photos were silently falling back to sRGB interpretation once processed.
